NVC is considered a language of peace; it encourages us to seek an understanding of both our own and the other person&#8217;s feelings and needs during difficult conversations<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>How to listen in order to understand,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How to disagree without causing offense,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How to speak about your own needs while also being able to listen to the other person.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will find the answers to these questions in the &#8220;Nonviolent Communication Guide.&#8221; It consists of 12 visual aids that provide a step-by-step explanation of NVC and communication methods aimed at peacebuilding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The guide was developed by the Public Journalism Club as part of the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/pjc.am\/en\/project\/kamurj-haraberutyunneri-karucum-ev-nerarakan-erkkhosutyun%d5%9d-irakan-karekcanqi-himqov\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/pjc.am\/en\/project\/kamurj-haraberutyunneri-karucum-ev-nerarakan-erkkhosutyun%d5%9d-irakan-karekcanqi-himqov\/\">&#8220;BRIDGE&#8221; initiative. ..within the framework of the &#8220;Building Relationships and Inclusive Dialogue Based on Genuine Empathy&#8221;<\/a> <\/strong>program, in partnership with <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/InternationalAlert\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/InternationalAlert\">International Alert<\/a><\/strong> and<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/LIVKOM.dk\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/LIVKOM.dk\"> LIVKOM<\/a><\/strong>.
