How can we discuss accumulated issues with our partner, express our own feelings and needs, while also listening to the other person?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Margarita Khudaverdyan,<\/strong> a participant in the Nonviolent Communication training course and a candidate for trainer qualification, was a guest on the<strong> \u201c3rd Entrance\u201d<\/strong> programme, where she discussed alternative approaches to communication and ways to better understand one another.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udd4a\ufe0fNonviolent Communication (NVC) encourages us to pay attention not only to the words we use, but also to the feelings and needs behind them.
