Shushan Shatikyan

Shushan Shatikyan is a Projects and Communications Coordinator at the Public Journalism Club.

With over ten years of experience in journalism, content creation, social media marketing, and communications, Shushan has collaborated extensively with news agencies, marketing firms, and non-governmental organizations and foundations. From 2014 to 2017, she worked as a journalist at the NEWS.am news agency and was later promoted to the position of news editor. Following that, from 2018 to 2021, she served as an SMM specialist and content creator at Doctors.am medical website. In 2021-2022, Shushan held the role of Communications Specialist at Point 33 NGO and concurrently worked as a website and social media content officer at Women’s Fund Armenia. 

In 2022, Shushan was awarded the Lane Kirkland Scholarship, allowing her to study at the Faculty of Journalism and Social Communication at the University of Wroclaw in Poland.
