Sand therapy for media workers

The Public Journalism Club, within the framework of the “Rapid Response Fund Initiative” program, in cooperation with the “Kana” Psychological Center, offers sand therapy sessions to media workers.

Sand therapy is a type of art therapy based on the principles and theory of analytical psychology. It allows you to identify and overcome emotional traumatic feelings without subjecting them to verbalization. Sand therapy helps to overcome stress and increase motivation to keep on living effectively.
