This project aims to strengthen Armenia’s democratic resilience ahead of the 2026 elections by learning from Moldova’s experience in countering foreign interference and hybrid threats.
The project includes a study visit to Moldova, expert mentorship, and a forum designed to strengthen the capacities of media, civil society, and relevant institutions.
During the project, journalists will produce investigative, well researched media content, identify and map manipulation networks, and develop a Resilience Roadmap with practical recommendations. The initiative encourages cross-country collaboration.
Overall, the project supports local actors and organizations in better identifying, communicating, and responding to hybrid threats, contributing to more resilient democratic processes in Armenia.
