“Online Zoo” Children’s Book Now Available in Armenian

A new issue of the magazine from ISPA – Internet Service Providers Austria features an article about the Armenian translation of the children’s book “Online Zoo.”

“Thanks to the collaboration with the Public Journalism Club NGO, ISPA’s well-known book “Online Zoo” has reached children in Armenia.

Children around the world love stories about animals. When Seda Muradyan, the president of the Public Journalism Club, learned about the “Online Zoo, ” she realized the potential impact of it in promoting digital safety in Armenia. With the support of the European Union, the book has been successfully translated into Armenian,” the article states.

What is the book about?

The “Online Zoo” is not your ordinary zoo. Here, not only Director Elsa goes online; the animals do too! Smartphones, tablets, and laptops are part of daily life at the zoo. During her daily rounds, Director Elsa discovers that the internet and electronic devices can present challenges.

The Armenian translation and publication of the “Online Zoo” children’s book was possible with financial support from the European Union in Armenia.
