The Public Journalism Club Joins the Media Literacy Market

We are pleased to announce that the Public Journalism Club has joined the Media Literacy Market, organized as part of Media Literacy Week in Armenia.

We invite you to join us on November 4 at 14:00 in the Ballroom of the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel in Yerevan (5 Teryan Street) to explore and get our educational resources and board games.

The Public Journalism Club has authored and translated many books, manuals, and guides, and created board games related to media literacy, digital safety, fact-checking, social entrepreneurship, and human rights. These resources aim to enhance MIL knowledge and skills of various groups.

The Ministry of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports of the Republic of Armenia, along with the Media Initiatives Center, has declared November 4-10, 2024, as Media Literacy Week in Armenia.

Media Literacy Week is an international movement held annually in the fall, led by UNESCO, aiming to draw greater attention to the essential issues of understanding, analyzing, and effectively using media.

This year, the theme of Media Literacy Week in Armenia is “Media Literacy in the Age of Artificial Intelligence.”
