Title: Fact-Checking Capacity Building of Journalists from Armenia and Azerbaijan

Date: January – October 2020

Project Goal – To build trust among the media sector and civil society professionals from Armenia and Azerbaijan.

The project aimed at establishing a network of media representatives, journalists, and civil society members from Armenia and Azerbaijan, developed capacities on fact-checking via webinars, hands on reporting, established professional ties, produced a unique case study on disinformation in the context of NK conflict and war.  

In addition, a unique case study on fake news examples in the Arm-Az context will be produced that will serve as an exercise tool for media trainers.
