The Public Journalism Club is pleased to announce the open call for the 3rd Strategic Communication Laboratory training program. This training program includes capacity-building sessions and the opportunity to work on individual projects.
This exclusive, free-of-charge training will run for three days and will be conducted by strategic communication experts Dalia Bankauskaitė from Lithuania and Hayk Abrahamyan from Armenia.
The training is open to representatives of foundations and non-profit/non-governmental organizations involved in communications, public relations, and project management. It is also open to graduate students in Journalism, Communication, and Public Relations programs, provided they are engaged in civil society projects.
At the end of the training, the best graduates will have the opportunity to implement individual projects by presenting a communication strategy and action plan for their organizations or a specific project, with the possibility of receiving grants.

- Introduction to Strategic Communication
- Defining organizational/project goals
- Selecting the target audience
- Setting communication objectives
- Crafting messages
- Choosing communication tools and channels
- Defining communication evaluation indicators
- Developing a communication action plan
- Strategic Communication Tools
(Storytelling, Social Media Strategy, Audience Building and Engagement, etc.)
The training will take place in Yerevan from October 10-12.
From October 14-21, participants will need to develop and present their individual projects.
The training is implemented within the “Integrity of Justice Reforms” project, carried out by the consortium led by the Democracy Development Foundation. Consortium partners include the Public Journalism Club, Helsinki Citizens’ Assembly-Vanadzor, and the Protection of Rights Without Borders NGO.
