❓How can we express our feelings and needs without blaming others? How can we listen to someone without necessarily agreeing with them, and turn disagreement into dialogue?
🕊️Gohar Grigoryan and Margarita Khudaverdyan, participants in the Nonviolent Communication (NVC) course and candidates for trainer qualification, spoke live on Public Television’s Aravot Luso program about the essence and core principles of nonviolent communication and the importance of applying them in everyday life.
